powder coat or color match paint my rear bumper?

i have a black laramie megacab and im wanting to murder it out! what do yall think powdercoat or paint match my rear bumper? i will already have to color match that chrome plastic piece on the front bumper

mine was powdercoated, matches well. Holds up alot better than the paint would
