Well at least you now know what went wrong. There have been some guys who swapped from a 4.7 to a 5.7 (or bigger) so go for it.

yeah go all out like one guy on here and put a cummins in it. i believe he had a 02 1500 ram and got the cummins in it.

Cummins would be pretty sweet, but a little out of my budget. Probably going with a hemi!
