Default Brake help needed!!!

I have a 2004 Ram 1500 with a hemi, my problem is when the weather is warmer my brake pedal is right up at the top, but when it gets cold my brake pedal goes almost to the floor. Has anyone else had this problem, is it the brake booster, or is there a sensor that is not functioning properly.

Thank you all for any help.

Make sure you have enough fluid in the reservoir. If you do i'd consider bleeding all of your brakes. That's weird that it only does it when it's a different temperature.

I always have to apply my brakes twice. the first time it applies the brakes but then seems to fade and then I have to hit them again or sort of pump them a second time. I havn't had a chance to look into it yet but i'm used to it. It's been like that ever since i bought it a year ago. It had 62,000 on it then.
