Default Strange sound coming from exhaust

I'm new to the site, but I have a question to anyone that can help me. I have a 2007 Dodge Ram Hemi, 2 months ago I had dual 40 series Flowmasters put on it. Yesterday it started making this weird sound coming from the passenger side, like a sputter or gurgling sound. It only does it at idle. The driver side you can hear it slightly. I have a cold air intake and wasn't sure if this was causing the problem, because it wasn't doing this before. Can anyone help me with this? It would be greatly appreciated, the sound is really embarrassing.

At idle moving or while in parked? I ask this becaue you have MDS if you have a 1500series which makes a fluttering sound when the mds kicks in.

It does it when it's at idle while parked, when I am moving or rev the truck up it stops.

Check for loose or broken exhaust manifold bolts. Also check for any exhaust leaks and try getting under the truck while it is in Park and idling and see if you can pinpoint it more accurately

^^
i would side with weed. look/listen for an exhaust leak. it will sound somewhat like a tick/hiss sound and likely gets drowned out with rpm's and or road/wind noise.

i don't think that it is MDS, as mine does change exhaust tone while in MDS, but doesn't shift the location of the sound or anything like what you are describing. Of course there is the possibility that I am totally off base and just talking out my ***.
