Default 2005 Hemi Ran 1500 overhaul suspension?

Hello,

2005 Hemi rumblebee 2wd

I have 98,000 miles and have a hard riding suspension.
I assume I must need shocks and springs?
The truck thuds when going over rough roads or potholes.
Doesnt ride as nice as it was when new.

I like to just buy a bunch of new parts, install and be done with it.

What would be a good list for a truck with 98K on the odometer?

help me put together my shopping list. What wears out on these trucks? I dont mind spending a few bucks.

thanks.

Shocks is all. What else is there to wear out.
I just replaced my stock shocks with Bilstien's. what a difference.

Agreed, no need to replace the springs.

I had thought the springs wear out over time too. Ride height does look level and normal so I dont see any sag.

I was told by the garage that I could put Monroe heavy duty shocks on and save a bunch of money over the Bilsteins. They said they are 'almost' as good.?

Any thoughts on the Monroes?

Been thinking about doin the Monroe REFLEX heard the were pretty good. Not the SENSATAC heard they were pretty soft. It's between them and the RANCHOS 5000 OR 9000'S.
