Ok I just put in my k&n intake on my 03 hemi but before that I had P0440 and P0456 codes thrown.. and still is and even got a new gas cap and researched it and it could be lots of things purge soleniod? evap canister? EGR valve?? but after i installed my intake now my throttle response is lagging when I hit the gas?? so is this also something to do with the codes thrown? I posted something like this earlier but realized it could be something to do with them ? I need to take it to the dealer but dont have the cash to throw to them cuz I know it will be alot!! thanks guys for any help please

 

vacuum issues will cause lag as you describe. Check the rubber lines under the truck on the evap canister in front of the fuel tank. One of them is likely broken, damaged, cracked, ect.
