Maybe someone has had this problem. Every once in a while and occuring more regular, I have no boost and very little throttle response. Then after about 30 seconds or a minute it catches and every thing is fine. Have boost and throttle like normal. 2002 dodge cummins 24 valve with 109000 miles. Pulled intake side of turbo and it spins fine with little or no play.
