Well, you have a 1500, so that would mean you have MDS which is the cylinder deactivation so I would presume they are relatively expensive.
Why are you asking and looking for replacements? Do you have lifter noise? If so, valvtrain noise is so very common in the Hemi engine's new lifters are not going to help. This is called the "Hemi tick". Do a search and you'll see.

if not, what's the reason?

Mine actually doesn't have the cylinder deactivation. Had some "aftermarket" warranty work done and the shop charged $122.50 EACH for new lifters. So far doing web search have found Mopar upgrade cam & lifter packages for under $700.00. Would like to call them on it but want facts first.

The reason I took it in is not a tick but more of a high pitched "chirp" sound that I narrowed down to the rear 2 cylinders on the passenger side of the engine. They said they found a bent rocker arm and scored pushrod (never was allowed to see old parts). They charged for replacing 2 rocker arms, 4 pushrods (int & ex.) and all lifters. Two weeks later waiting on oem parts(required by warranty company). Once truck is up to operating temp the "chirp" is back. Loading my gun now getting ready to go back and see what they have to say for themselves.

If you dont have MDS, then you must have a MegaCab which sits on a 2500 frame.
If it was anykind of warranty work, why were you paying to begin with?
A chirping sound? Does this pulsate with the engine?

As for price, they charged you Retail LOOK
You could buy an entire cam/lifter combo kit for a complete swap for ~$600 most places. $480 some/$800 others depending on what they want to charge. The price is so variant it's obsurd.
