Default Cold air coming from dash with heat on

My ram has a major air leak somewhere near the passenger side footwell. It is 3 degrees here right now and at highway speeds the passengers feet feel like they are outside. The heat seems to work fine and blows warm everywhere. At highway speeds the heat has a hard time fighting the cold air coming in though.

Any ideas where this mysterious air leak might be? I have a 2006 quad cab that as far as i know has never been in an accident.

Maybe it is just your blend doors not working correctly. If you change the direction of air flow through the vents, do they all work? Can you change from heat to cold with no issues?
