Yet Another Exhuast Question
hey everyone,
First day on the forum and my first post. Im only 19 and my truck is a 2004 QB Black Hemi. But its all stock, i want to get exhuast. But money is an issue. I work park time cause of school and id love to have the dual flows but dont want to wait forever to get it. So i been thinking just getting a flowmaster put on and call it good for a while. However, does anyone know how a cherrybomb would sound? If it would be stupid i dont want to bother, i just know there cheap. I love the flowmaster sound and i probably should go the extra mile and get it how i want it. But id like some input. Thanks in advance!

Check out the aeroturbine performance muffler www.aero-turbine.com It give great sound and noticable performance gains and is made from stainless steel so it won't rust. Or you could pick up a flowmaster muffler off e-bay, i've seen them on there for around $80 or so. The aeroturbine is $196 on e-bay with free shipping.

Thank you everyone who responded! I never took consideration into magnaflow. Untill mindz mentioned it. Im going to look into how they sound, whats the price one the system of one of them? I love the flowmaster sound but i do hate to have the same thing everyone else has. Thanks again to everyone.

In all honesty, all you need is a muffler. The stock pipes are all mandrel bent and flow well. There's not anything to be gained from the Y-pipe back, unless you are super or turbo charging and are increasing the airflow significantly. Too, if you shorten the amount of pipe downstream of the muffler you supposedly are gaining HP there.
The magnaflow, flowmaster, gibson, all sound good. I heard the aeroturbine and didn't care for it.
