Hi.I need change rear bumper in my 2003 dodge ram 1500,V8,4.7L,double cab and i have offer from some guy for realy good price. He selling bumper from 2008 dodge ram 2500.Please can somebody know if this bumper fit my truck?I check ebay and looks like all that bumpers are the same from 2003 to 2008 for dodge ram 1500 and 2500.Please let me know.I have time just till sunday evening to buy that bumper.Thank you

 

I think they mount different.

 

i am pretty sure they are different for different frame mounts from a 3/4 ton to a 1/2 ton

 

Bumper is identical. I doubt thiers much differance in the frame brackets, would cost dodge two much money for dodge to not have a univerasl bumper and brackets betwean a 1500, 2500, 3500. But I don't own a 1500 Ram, so I don't know.

 

different frame brackets. you can modify it to fit but have some good drill bits and a sawzall
