I have a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 when recently driving for a mater of atleast 20 minutes i come to a stop light . after the light turned green i then started going but the truck reved up to about 2500 RPMS and then moved very slowly this only happens when first starting off truck still drives normal throughout all the other speeds just starting off also i do have a check engine light for a catalytic converter Efficiency Below bank 2 it said could the 2 be related ? and what is happening with my truck ? need help please

bank 2 is the pass side but you need to tell the rest of the code. 2/1 is pass front O2 while 2/2 is pass rear O2.
