Default Fuse Block Question - 2007

Hi all, need to change a 20 Amp fuse in Position 11 in fuse box of 2007 Dodge Ram 1500. It's a mini-fuse, but is encased in a plastic module insert (almost normal fuse size). Insert pulls about 1/2 inch out and stops. Is there a "special" puller for the insert? It's the fuse for radio/remote door unlock module. Mods, please move if posted in wrong area
Thanks in advance,

Isn't there a "clasp" that snaps over the top of the fuse casing? That fuse is the IOD (Ignition Off Draw) I believe.

+1, That's the one alright (IOD fuse), the clasp pulls out enough to dis-connect the fuse pins, but not enough to remove the fuse from the clasp, seems like the whole thing needs to come out, it's -17 C and I dont want to break the damn thing by 'forcing it out.

look on the R side of that and you will see where it has two catches. Get a flathead and pry it out and it will fold out.

Mine is loose and even in the completely pushed in position it will rattle loose and I lose all kinda lighting
