Default Help with fuse

OK so I accidentally popped the fuse on my radio today while trying to fix it. It is a 2002 Ram QC with a 4.7. I know that the fuse is #51 on the fuse box. However it has some little plastic shroud over the fuse which I can see is blown. I can get the fuse shroud to pop up but I cannot get the fuse out to save my life. I am tempted to just break it. Anyone have any ideas??

There should be a fuse puller in the top of the cover. Have you tried to use the fuse puller?

I have and it will pull the other fuses fine. However this has a plastic shroud around it which will pop up about halfway and you can see the fuse hanging in there. I just cannot get it to come out any further.
