3-4 hours.you can do it yourself with a friend or 2,beer,and a good tool set.rent a spring compressor,a couple of jack stands(2 pairs)2 heavy duty jacks and time.
i did mine at work in 2 days.im in the coast guard so i couldnt devote all my time to my truck.
