Default p0137, really need help

Ok so i changed out bank 1 sensor 2 o2 sensor on my truck. The check engine light went away which was a p0137. Drove around, and it came back on. This time it was p0137 and p0141. Is it just because I put a new o2 sensor on? The one I switched was the one after the cat. Is that correct? Thanks in advance.

Go out and check the manifold bolts on both sides of the engine for loose or broken ones that could allow fresh outside air to be sucked in and passed through the exh pipes and past the O2s. Also check the two bolts where the manifold meet the pipes (AKA doughnuts)

It is one from autozone. It shows 4 oxygen sensors. 1 in bank 2 and 3 for bank 1. It looks like bank 1 sensor 2 is before the cat rather than after...

1/1 = D/S pre-cat
1/2 = D/S after-cat
2/1 = P/S pre-cat
2/2 = P/S after-cat
