Check gauges
I have a 2006 Ram 1500
A CHECK GAUGES light appeared today. I've never seen that before. I shut off the engine, restarted it and the message was gone. Can anyone tell me what this means, other than I should "check" my gauges (gas, oil, etc.)? Check for what?

There was a loss of communication to them for some reason. Could be nothing. Mine has done it once or twice but never anything repetitive or for any particular reason. I would not worry about it unless it happens more often
