Default Check Engine Light

I have a 2004 RAM 1500 5.7 Hemi and here in the last couple of days my check engine has been going off and on. It comes on for a while and then goes away in a day or so.

It seems that it comes on when it is warm and goes away when it is cold. I am thinking maybe a bad temp gauge or value or something simple.

Any help would be taken and thanks in advance.

Yeah, but in print (like on real paper, remember that stuff, LOL). I'll have to either scan them and make it into a .pdf or type them out when I have a chance...
