Most truck accessory shops have them.

But to be honest, if it were me, I'd just pick up some inexpensive rubber mat material and use the damaged ones as a pattern and make my own. You can drill holes in them and use bolts with washers or better yet, pound some grommets in or even get creative and spend $5 extra on a strip of aluminum flat stock for the tops. I'd look into making my own ESPECIALLY if I was going to continue to go in the woods and risk tearing another set.
It's been about 12 years since I bought rubber mat material, last I used it for was for my own wheel well gap guards when I put a body lift on my old 2nd Gen truck. But at the time, a 48"x36" sheet was all of about $20-35 depending on thickness.
