Default starting the upgrade to a 06 mega cab 5.9L

I bought a used 2500 mega cab with 110K on it and have started to upgrade my truck, started with a cold air intake (Air Raid) boost fooler and a Hi Ram intake manifold. Got some 130hp injectors and plan to install when i stud my heads in a month or so along with a 5" turbo back black SS MRBP exhaust.

the problem: the hi ram directions said to put 140-150 lb-in of torque, I didn't have a wrench to measure so I put em on kinda tight. later when I got a wrench I backed the nuts off and put em on to speck. Now my truck is making a wierd noise. Any thoughts?

You shouldn't ever loosen the bolts up to properly torque them. If you've overtightened the bolts, you should have left them like that if there was any crushable seals.

Don't consider that the only cause of your noise as there can be lots of other things unrelated. What is the wierd noise you are experiencing?

so should I tighten them back down untill I can get new gaskets or what? and the noise seems like its coming from a pully under my alternator, the belt seems to be fine not loose or any thing and i doesnt' make the noise when I'm driveing if I take my foot off the gas.
