GForce plug and go chip

Hey. Just installed a GForce two wire plug and go chip. Ran the truck for about 10 minutes and my check engine light came on. Says that it will take about 100 miles for the "learning" process. Is this part of that process? Or did something go wrong? Installed the chip on a 2006 2500 5.9 diesel.
