Trying to get these Hella 500s installed, everything is done except for some reason I dont understand I need to wire my rocker switch to my high beam. Can someone tell me how they did this? Cant get the headlight off. The bottom bolt is tucked in a fasion I cant really get to it.

 

It's so the Hellas will only come on when your high beams are on. In some states it's only legal to run driving lights with the high beams.

I never do this. I wants my lights to come on when I wants them on...

 

Found a great instruction on how to install them, thought I would post for everyone. Wire it this way and they dont come on except for when you flip your switch. Ironically I wired it like this and my fuse was blown just like the guy who wrote this. But i bought a new one and it works great. Need to shave the light down a little by the mount tomorrow though so I can tilt it down more, for people with a level kit they really shoot the trees. Love them though. Follow these instructions instead of the ones in the kit it will save you lots of time.
