Default AIT sensor position on DIY CAI

I have been searching for any info on the position (distance) the AIT sensor needs to be from the TB. Is the distance essential to it working properly???

I dont think so. As long as incoming air is passing over it to give the temp, that is all that is needed.

You also want to make sure the sensor is NOT in the middle of a bend or directly after(before is good). You want it in a straightaway when possible so the air flowing through the sensor is stable and consistent.
