Hey guys, I to have a 1500mega cab which recently started giving me tranny issues to. I really don"t know wat it is but i see NEWFIE MEGACAB 06 has almost the same problem. My problem started just days after Christmas so it's been about 2weeks,& it's similar to NFIEMCAB06 issues like it go's into 1st & 2nd gear but not 3rd unless i pull over & turn my truck off & then start it & presto 3rd gear. I know that it's not shifting smoothly how it did it kinda gives u a kick on 1st gear can anybody HELP ME!! PLEASE

 

Give as much info as possible on engine, trans, year, mileage, maintenance done, ECT.

When did the issue start? Was it progressive? When was the oil and filters last changed?
