Default HID Headlights

I recently re-did my entire HID headlight system. I put in the 8000K series but i have had numerous problems with the horn going off in panic mode as i am randomly driving and random flickering of my headlights, both right and left, alternating as well.

I think i may have fixed the horn problem but i have not yet fixed the flickering lights yet.

Has this happened to anyone? Does anyone know whats causing these problems and how I can fix them?

Where did you get them? Did they include a harness or capacitator for dodges?

As far as having a harness and/or capacitor, I was told everything necessary was installed to eliminate this problem. This was done after about 3 trips to the installation shop.

Matt99: What articles are you referring to?
