Default ABS Problem

I see alot of problems with ABS/Brakes, but none like mine. I've also asked on here before about this but now I have the money to actually fix this problem and none of the prior ideas worked.

My ABS constantly thinks my wheels are locked up. The best way I can describe the symptoms is when your on ice/snow and you slam on the brakes. The pump makes a lound noise, your pedal kind of kicks back. Annoying.

Ive had my friend hook up every machine he had to my truck and we found 20 problems which are all fixed but none even helped. I checked all sensors, the rear was busted so i replaced it, we even checked the diff to make sure there wasn't anything wrong there, nothing. But on the ABS computer it still showed that the rear diff sensor was spiking but my two front were fine. I turn off ABS and EVERYTHING works fine, no noise, perfect braking. I also notice that when I turn on my cruise its very touchy and constantly spikes (just like my rear diff speed sensor) the rpms to adjust speed. when i unhook my abs module the cruise cuts off so im THINKING that maybe its the module, or possibly wiring going to the sensor...?

Sorry for the long winded post but I really would appreciate input and I'm trying to be as detailed as possible. Thanks in advance.

Smile Brake Problem

I would try to track down the manufacturer of the brakes (sometimes someone at Dodge can tell you or someone here knows), contact them, explain the problem and often times they will contact you as they want to know as much as they can about problems with the equipment they build. Continental, out of Auburn Hills, MI would be my first guess.
