of course, you can go to the dealer and try to talk them into setting your lights to the "international" settings which will do it the right way...

While on the topic anybody heard of any issues with jumping the two relays? Frying electrical components? Popping fuses? etc....

I want to do this on my '05 but want to make sure it's not a risky fix.

Nah, I ran mine thisaway for about three years and only undid it when I installed my off-road lights and wired that relay to the fog light relay to share the same switch. You're simply jumping the switch which carries about .3 amp.

I'm going to have a buddy of mine at a Jeep dealer change my settings to do it the right way though, as soon as I can get down to see him.
I'd like to be able to do fogs, 130 watt off-roads and highs at the same time off-road.

The above would still work, but I'm not comfortable stuffing all those wires down one single relay pin...

I would rather see you jump pin 86 to 86 as this is the coil ground. 87 to 87 is the load side of the relay. Your fogs will be on anytime the park lamps are on.

I did the jumper yesterday but, I would rather the fogs not be on anytime the parking lights are...
Is this possible? Is that what you're saying about jumping 86-86?

it is not possable to stop the fogs from coming on with the Parks even if you use pin 86. The pins are numbered on the underside of the relay.
