35's with 2" Leveling Kit
I have an '07 Dodge Ram Quad Cab with P275/60R20 Goodyear Wrangler HP's on it. I just had a ReadyLift 2" leveling kit installed on it. I have stock aluminum wheels on the truck. Can I put 35x12.5R20 tires on this truck without any issues? The stock tires were 33" in diameter so I would only be adding an inch at most to the radius of the tire. Tire width and tread width are close to the same dimensions that I have now. Anyone do this and has any pic's that they would like to share? Thanks for your help.

tire width and depth are not close to what you have. You need spacers to fit them with stock rims.
And you will have rubbing. They are too tall AND too wide |

Yeah, 12.50 is way wider than 275

Thanks for the info guys. I have GY Wrangler HP on the truck now, (original tires), and don't like them at all. Those things slip on everything, (poor traction as far as I'm concerned). I was looking at the Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ and the MTZ. Since I can't use these tires with my stock rims do you have any recommendations for a more aggressive tire than what I have now? I've looked at a couple of sites but it looks like the 20" rim is the killer as far as tire selection is concerned and I don't want to buy new rims. Thanks for any help.

I'd highly recommend 17" rims, they increase towing capacity, easier on your drivetrain, better mpgs..
And for tires, basically you'll want an all-terrain for snow/ice, mud tire for mud/deep snow - Hard terrain (ice, light snow) needs lots of sipes and edges to grab on - Soft terrain (mud, deep snow) needs big wide blocks to throw as much goo as possible |
check out the cooper zeon.

Are they making it in a 35" tire now? Last I knew 33" was the max... |
Yea 33 was the tallest one I could find because I was interested in them

I was just thinking that it could be a possibility for a good tire w/ a more aggresive tread than the stock hp's. Then you wouldn't have to worry about clearance issues.
