Heating & Cooling Problem
I have an 02 1500 4x4. The problem is that when I use the A/C the air does not get cold until I'm moving. Its the same with the heat. I have to be moving for anything to work right. There is plenty of air coming out, just not hot or cold till I'm moving.This is on all settings and this all started at the same time.

Usually when using the AC and it not getting cold until driving means the AC fan is not working and needs to be checked/replaced.
As for the heat not getting warm until moving usually means the coolant is low or the heater core is partially plugged.
