Need help with 2005 5.7 CEL
2005 dodge ram 1500 hemi lighting bolt on dash
im having the same problem with the lightning bolt on my dash of my 05 dodge ram(hemi) except im not getting a check engine light. the bolt just comes on every once in awhile and i just turn off truck and start it back up and she runs fine for a day or two then it will do it again
any suggestions cuz i have no idea what is wrong with it

When Monitored:
Throttle motor is powered.
Set Condition:
When secondary software determines that the customer requested output is not being achieved by the engine for a period of time. ETC lamp will flash.
Possible Causes
PCM NEEDS TO BE PROGRAMMED
PCM
P2111 - ELECTRONIC THROTTLE CONTROL - UNABLE TO CLOSE
For a complete wiring diagram, refer to appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS article.
When Monitored:
Ignition on and battery voltage greater than 10 volts.
Set Condition:
Just after key on, the throttle is opened and closed to test the system. If the TP Sensor does not return to Limp Home Position at the end of this test, this DTC will set. One trip fault and the code will set within 5 seconds. ETC light is flashing.
Possible Causes
THROTTLE PLATE STUCK ABOVE LIMP HOME POSITION
TP SENSOR NO.1 AND TP SENSOR NO.2 BOTH READ 2.5 VOLTS
(K447) ETC POSITIVE CIRCUIT SHORTED TO BATTERY VOLTAGE
(K447) ETC POSITIVE CIRCUIT OPEN
(K448) ETC NEGATIVE CIRCUIT OPEN
(K447) ETC POSITIVE CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
(K448) ETC NEGATIVE CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
