I have nothing fancy as far as audio goes, just upgraded speakers and a head unit that has a USB plug and reads MP3s but I have added cab lights, a winch, a pair of 130 watt lights and a few other goodies in addition to my efan. I still have the stock 136A alternator that came stock (and the original battery for that matter) and have had no issues to date...

Im running a 2000 watt system, a few TVs, an Xbox 360, a power inverter, 2 sets of HIDs, an electric fan and used to have a winch and I have my stock 136A alt. I do have two batteries but that is more for key-off usage.
