You can also just pull loose the 1/4" rubber line at the bottom of the tank and let it drain.

Fill up the remaining space in the bottle with gasoline, speed around the neighboorhood and jump some curbs to get everything mixed up, and then light it up to burn off the coolant. When the smoke subsides, refill with washer fluid.
