Pin out for 4x4 switch?

Have an 03 Ram 1500 4x4, and I have the check 4x4 light on, I'm stuck in 4x4. Can anyone give me a pinout of the 4x4 switch so I can rule out the switch first?

In my signature link there are Service Manuals. You can download one for your truck and look at the electrical schematics there to help you out.
