My 2005 Power Wagon has an electrical box under the rear passenger seat. Anyone know what/have one of these?

I believe satellite radio is up in the dash with the amplifier for the radio.

"little black box bolted to the floor": This is placed in different locations for different years, but I have one under my center seat in my 2008 Quadcab. It's a Module-Occupant Restraint Controller. (ORC)
Reg cabs it's under the driver seat and older QC's might have it under the driver side as well, but newer models have it uner center seat closest to the pass side and Megas under pass seat.
I'm pretty sure it's what you asking about. It's bolted down using 3 nuts as the bolts are part of the floor welded up from underneath.
It WILL have yellow airbag wires going into it that are tucked under the carpet.
It's placed in a central location to prevent damage. It has an impact sensor, Microprocessor and is vital for airbag deployment.

 

dirtydog is absolutely correct. and whatever you do. do NOT drill a hole through it. lol. had a friend do that to an s10 once. drilled through the carpet and through the box. nothing happened till we took the truck for a test drive. got out, closed the doors and BOOM. airbags went off. blew out the windows. lol i had to laugh b/c it wasn't my pocket book affected

 

I was told the 06 satellite radio "box" was under the rear seat in a QC. Not in 07/over but in 06 (and I figured under).
