My 04 QB Hemi whenever i run it. And i stand outside. in front, not so much inside. I hear the fan belt running, making s noise. its not very loud. but its something i notice adn its anoying. I thought after 500 miles it would wear out and the sound would go away. However after 7K i can still hear it. Does anyone have this problem? Its not a screech, or a sound that anything broken or bad, but a tic tic tic kinda sound.

 

Good ole Hemi tick. Don't work about it. It is just characteristic to the engine.

 

I just noticed that my 2004 Hemi is making a noise from the engine compartment. It's not the Hemi Tick, had that since I drove it off the lot. This noise sounds like something is rubbing. Checked under the hood and can't see anything out of the ordinary. Not a real loud noise but if you stand out side or in the cab with nothing else on you can hear it. Any Ideas?
