Well an alignment will fix it but to be able to drive it to the shop you can loosen the jam nut on the tie rods and turn then with a pair of channel locks to adjust the tires. You will just have to eye ball the tires to what looks straight to you. You will not get it perfect but you can get it close enough so you can drive it to the shop

I think an alignment should fix your steering wheel misalignment issue. Make sure you tell them about it when you take it in for an alignment so they don't realign your wheels and forget to check if the steering wheel is off center.

My power steering had died on me after I came back from a 3 month business trip. I am about to start working on it. I will be replacing the rack and pinnion and the power steering pump. How difficult was it and how much time did it take you? What kind of press did you use for the pulley or did you take it somewhere?

I am currious about how to get the pully back on the pump as well.

Is it as simple as taking a torch to the pully and smacking it on with a mallet? Or is there a must have tool to do this?

I just needed to look a bit harder So a pully puller and a press! Thanks all.
