Default Need more power

So I've got a 2007 Ram 1500 5.7L, Its got a flowmaster exhaust and a K&N coldair intake on it. I would like to give it some more power and get it a little louder....any ideas? Also I want to lift it 6inches but I'm not really sure about all the different brands of lift kits or whether or not I need a suspension lift or a body lift...any help would be greatly appreciated....Thanks

Oh Ive got lots of ideas. However, they all depend on how far you want to go and how deep your pockets are.

2wd or 4wd? Where are you located?

You could do a gear swap to make it jump off the line and speed up faster. You could do a cam swap and get more power. You could put on a turbo or charger on it if you got the cash. There are lots of ways to do it.

As for the lift. you can do a small susp lift followed with a body lift or go all out and do both. However, are you prepared to buy newer and bigger tires also to fit or going to keep small tires???

Welcome to the board BTW

It's 4wd, and I'm in pa...I was looking at putting the diablo sporr tune on it...as far as the lift I will definatly be getting new tires I would like to put 36 or 37 on depending on price I just don't know how much list I need or what company makes the best one for the RAM...it will probably be used mostly for looks and only an occasional off road session
