ETC light flashing codes p2127, p2128, p2138
1.cleaned throttle body
dealership codes read, and reset(ETC still flashing)
2. replaced fuel peddle
dealership codes read, and reset(ETC still flashing)
3.dealership ETC relearn,
dealership read codes and reset, ( ETC still flashing)
4. dealership code reset(ETC light still flashing)
The RPM is at 2.5 while driving 80km
Gas milage sucks big time. Exhaust smells like raw fuel.
Dealership checked codes, No codes being thrown now
what now before i have to spend more a dealership for them to do a diagnosis
I need help

 

does anyone have an idea of what still may be wrong. ETC light does not flash when in Reverse!!!!
