Disconnect Fog lights???

It comes apart. I had mine off at one time. The red clips locks the connector together.

Thats what I thought the red piece does..it locks or unlocks the coupler. But mine does not work for some reason..it appears to be frozen/stuck together. Maybe the metal on the inside is rusted or something.

Default There is a secret clip

We were looking everywhere on the internet on how to disconnect this thing. Finally we started to play with and found out that after you pull the red tab, on the track that it slid up on, the plastic moves and you have to push down on that plastic piece before the clip will come out.

Klute, I've got the same issue on my 03 Ram. That connector just won't come apart..I feel your pain
