Default Steering Wheel Shaking

I changed my brakes and rotors this weekend and this morning once i got up to 55 mph my steering wheel started to shake. I slammed on the brakes thinkin the rotor was not aligned and it reduced the the shake a little. Now I also had about 8 in of snow last night which could be build up in the tire causing this shake. At lunch I'm going to double check to make sure my lug nuts are tight. Please post if you have any other ideas what it could be.

Welcome to the site. My thoughts are the same as yours. Snow, lug nuts and rotors are what i would check.
