1. Truck off, seat belt on
2. turn truck to accessories
3. seat belt of and on 3 times, ending with seat belt on
4.start truck, or turn off. I dont remember now

Should stop it if you do it right. When you take the belt on and off you have to do it fairly quickly, dont take your sweet old time. It worked on my 04 1500. GL.

Or you can always take a scotch-lok and bridge the two wires on the seat belt latch
