Default Front End Noise

My 2004 Ram just started making a horrible squeaking noise when I turn or go over a bump. I thought it was the power steering pump, but noticed it makes the noise when I rock the truck up an down. I got underneath the truck and it seems to be coming from this area. What is this, how do you fix it, or how much should I expect to pay to get it fixed? It's on the drivers side. Thanks.

what is that? control arm? I had a squeak years ago when I was going over bumps and stuff at slow speeds..turned out to be the hood, I turned the bump stops up a little bit and the noise went away..

It looks like the lower control arm. Possibly the bushing? Is this something that can be replaced by the average shade-tree mechanic?
