I had the same issue a couple of months ago. Just take your truck to an auto parts store that can scan your truck for free. It could very well be your crank position sensor. Costs less than $20 on rockauto.com and takes about 10 minutes to change.

Well I bit the bullet and got a SC3865 likeWeedahoe &dirty dog sugested. I called Thur late mornnig and it was here UPS Fri morning Form cal. To Illinois. I got it from Autoanything what great service. I haven't got it programed for my 06 Hemi yet been reading up on it for 2days trying to figure out which program to use. I'm going to be useing it mostly for normal speed driving and I have a fifthwheel but will switch it to tow for that I think its going to be great

if you haven't cleaned the tb yet I'd tackle that now and clean it..

Yes I did clean it yesterday. What a simple job it was and it sure did run smoother after I did that. Thanks

something also to consider changing is the pcv (only because of your mileage and because it's easy)
