Default Projector headlights...

I just bought my 04 ram on sunday and the previous owner put projector headlights on it. Is there any way to adjust them up more? They are pointing low to the ground to the point of where they are no use to me unless the high beams are on. The ones I had in my s10 were adjustable but looking around tonight I did not see anything indicating any way to adjust these. Figured I'd see if there was any trick to making them useful before I make a project out of it. Any help is appreciated!

The adjusters on the stock headlights are on the outside of the truck. If your looking directly at your headlights, the driver adjuster is to the left side and for the passengerside, the adjuster is to the right.(you'll need to open your hood because the adjusters are behind the chrome part) It's a hex tool you'll need.
Hope that helps.

Most positive tightening will raise them up.

Most likely the adjustment screws are on the backside of each bulb housing requiring removal of the headlamp assembly. Some projector housing can be accessed without removal, usually not the vehicles designed for standard halogen housing.
