2006 4x4 won't disengage

2006 mega cab 4x4 won't disengage. The dash light goes off but it feel like it is in 4wheel . tried baking up,in gear, and standing still. ??????

Dash lights work fine. when turning corners feels like 4 wheel on dry pavement.
does't fell different if it's in 2 wheel or 4wheel high
