No fan blower
If you are getting lights on the AC controls then you have power to the unit. If there is no power at the switch then you may just have a bad unit. Try turning the switch on high the testing voltage at each of the fan blower resistor terminals to verify you really have no voltage.
If there is NO voltage on the resistor block with the switch on a speed but the AC control lights are on then replace them controls.
If there is voltage at the resistor block but the fan isnt running the jump 12v from the batt to the fan to verify bad resistor block or bad fan motor and replace accordingly.

On mine the key switch burnt up only affecting the blower motor. The key has wire going from it to the blower. When it burnt up the key no longer cut the power so the fan would work even with the key out. It could be possible it burnt up not sending power at all. Your best bet is to get a wiring diagram and a volt meter and start testing circuits from the blower back and go from there.
