Default Bilstein shocker fittment ?

Can anyone help me before I start to rip into my 03 1500 Hemi with regards to fitting some Bilstein shocks?

I have a full set of Bilstein front and rear shocks for my truck.
The Rancho 5000's are very tired and rusty and in need of replacing.

My Bilstein part numbers are:-

Front F4-BE5-6928-H2
Rear F4-BE5-2550-H1

Here's the question.
The front shocks have some extra parts I'm unsure how to fit?
Heres a link to a pic of them :- http://cart.bilsteinus.com/product/24-069281/1413425#

How do I arrange these large washers and sleeves and bushings?

Do I need to buy any different types of bushings to fit my truck before I tear into it and remove my Ranchos.
As you will appreciate, this is my daily driver and trying to get parts to the UK fast is a non starter so I need all the bits in hand before I do any job to make sure I can complete stuff first try.
Any help is always appreciated.
Al.

I would assume on top of the shock, washer, then flat bushing, sleeve around the threaded rod, bushing with nipple facing down on top of shock brace, washer, nut?

Only thing that throws me is that nipple on top of the bushing.

I looked at their install instruction pdf, great job they did with that!

It makes installation easier if you put the rubber/nylon bushing with the nipple on the bottom it fits through the shock mount hole and centers the shock up for ya..

I went and looked at one of my OEM shocks that I took off. It had a bushing with a nipple also. It was located as the lower bushing facing upward into the shock bracket as well. The RS5000 shocks I just got are both flat.
