Default well yet another "vibration" question

hey< i have a 02 ram 1500 4X4 witht he 4.7 about 327000k on the od. recently i had a vibration through the steering wheel/ dash when i was accelerating around 90-100 km/h, i tightened the lug nuts and it seemed to go away for aday. well a couple days later now i get a vibration at about 40-60 and at about 80-100. looks like the rear u joints seem good, the front d shaft has quite a bit of "play" in it tho. anybody think this would cause the virbations?? i also jacked the front end up and tried moving the wheels from side to side and they didnt have any play that i could tell so i was thinking its either the frnt d shaft or possibly ball joints...? any ideas
thanks

Ball joints should be able to be felt by play in the wheels also when you have it jacked up. Driveshaft is a possibility for sure, so would be alignment and/or tire balance...

ya i had a puncture in the rear so i put a plug and some goop in it. it was a rear tire though would think it would make that big of a vibration but ill rip the tire off tomro n clean it and see if that helps.
thanks
