Default swapping 4.7L engine

Hey guys so i finally found my 4x4 truck and yes its a flood truck. I want to swap my 4.7L into this truck which also has a 4.7L. The truck is the same make model and year as mine with the same engine size. My truck is a Ram 1500 2002 2wd with a 4.7L engine in it. The truck i am bidding on is a 2002 ram 1500 2002 4x4 with a 4.7L engine in it. Are the oil pans the same and the teeth on the ring attach to the crankshaft? need some help here thanks for the help.

For the oil pan...I looked in the 2002 part numbers document and it has 53020678AC for all 4.7s. There is only 1 listed for the 4.7 and "series" (2wd/4wd) is not specified so I think you're ok there.

The 2002s still used the JTEC PCM and the cam and crank tone wheels are 16T. When they switched to NGC in 2003, it went to 32T. You should be ok there too, but you might want to verify that the truck you're buying has the JTEC to be totally sure. If they show pics of the PCM, the JTEC has 3 plugs, NGC has 4. Otherwise you can ask them
