Default A/C question on 04 hemi

I checked my AC in march when the AC unit wasn't blowing very cold, and found it was down around 20psi on the pressure side after the AC kicks on. I shot a can of R-134 in the system and no it reads aroung 50psi when the compressor kicks on. The problem I am having is when the A/C first kicks on the system squalls like a belt problem but I can't find any problems, belt looks good I was going to discharge the system and see what happens. I ws just curious if you guys have had any problems with your 2004 Quad Cab Hemi's?

Keep in mind with so much freon where is supposed to be so much compressor oil in the system also. If you discharge you may let moisture in the system and then will need to have it professionally done.
